im tired and sore right now. my college had a two hour delay this morning. but the classes i take are only twice a week, and longer than regular classes…so they were at regular time. i was supposed to have my first exam today for social psychology, and i was totally unprepared. luckily, he pushed it back to wednesday cuz of the delay. thank god. i need to get my study on tonight! then i had yoga and it kicked my ass…the postures we’re doing are hard! i missed three classes already, so i think im going to try to make one up tomorrow or thursday at the other yoga class. i like that instructor so much better…i had her for my first yoga class. and this one im taking now has so much written work! i took this class not because i need the credit, but because i wanted to do yoga! and we barely do any movements! i assumed it would be the same as my last yoga class, but a little harder, and i was wrong. o wells. i came home from school and took a nap. right now im heating up the oven to make some eggplant parmesean…not homemade though. i made a homemade white pizza last night, and i didn’t like how it turned out, so im taking it easy tonight. haha. i might be on p-chats later tonight, watch for me!

I hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was busy. Friday night I went out to dinner at Red Lobster. I love seafood. But then I had a tummy ache from eating so much. So I went to the casino, had a few drinks and felt 100% better. I didn’t win much, just 60 bucks. I just didn’t feel the right energy with Sic Bo and Russian Roulette. Usually I am just happy that I didn’t leave the place in the negatives than what I started with. My limit is only 20 bucks anyways.

Saturday and Sunday I spent figuring out how I was going to finish renovating my family room. You see, being in the Toronto area, houses are expensive here. I had to settle for an older home that needed a bit of work and I am very happy with all the hard work I did. Everything was redone, the plumbing, the electrical system, the floors, kitchen, bathroom, new paint job and new floors. After finishing this last room, I’m pretty sure I am done renovating the house. If I were to ever sell this home, I know I could get double for the the price I bought it for. I think I want to flip another house some day. It’s so much fun to see all the progress and hard work going into a home.

I also want to say a few thank yous to some special people who got me some wonderful birthday gifts. Thank you Zero and Spike for spoiling me on my special day.

Mmm, Europe has far too much coffee. Its wonderful, but way too addictive! I’ve been buzzing all day! My vacation is going great, I’ve been having great weather wherever I go and lots of English-speaking locals to help me out (sometimes useful, sometimes not so much). I’m in Athens at the moment, watching the Greek News. I understand about a fifth of it. Which is a pretty poor effort considering I’ve been studying it for 2yrs now! I’m going to have to get some Greek channels when I get back home so I can practice some more. I’ll conquer it one day. This trip has helped me so much already!

One thing I hate though… Everywhere I go there’s cigarettes. Every time I walk out of a cafe, I stink like smoke. I hate it SO much! Where I’m from you can’t smoke in a cafe/resterant/bar/nightclub/pub/shop/airport etc. In Greece you can smoke wherever you like! Even when there’s small children around. This is totally unheard of for me. I hate it so much! I’ll be glad to get away from it.

Hey guys! I just want to apologize for not being around much this past week… I’ve been pretty sick… They didn’t know what was wrong with me. I was in and out of the ER and it turns out I had a horrible allergic reaction to sushi!! Well it has been a while, hasnt it? Oh my, so much has happen.
I am officially moved and settled here in Europe. That was a much bigger chore than I thought it would be. I thought I was prepared for this but come to find out I was no where near ready for it! Trying to adjust and get my new life sorted has been so hard. I have traveled before and never noticed how different the US actually is from other parts of the world. I miss home but do feel lucky to be able to get this experience. I do get to go back to the US next month for a visit and to get my cats. I am really looking forward to the visit. I think itll be good to break up the homesickness a bit.

Crap i haven’t posted here since Aug i never did like posting or blogging never know what to say lol. My new year started out really bad i hope things start to get better for me was so happy to end 2009 was so long and not so fun. Ill be glad for winter to be over with too hate the cold don’t mind the snow much.

Today i went to take my doggie to get a hair cut was so long and messy was glad to see they didn’t shave her off  like the rest of the dogs were there lol poor dogs. They put a little cute little yellow bow on her hair to cute lol shes looks so much more smaller now without all that hair. Not much new with me other than been working out two times a day and eating healthy and not eating passed 8-10pm lol been two weeks now been doing so well lost few pounds hopefully i can keep it up feel so much better.
