Earlier this month, I was being terrible with eating out and not running as much when things got really busy. I was feeling tired most of the time and kept getting blended mochas w/espresso, but still didn’t help. This week, it seems like I had an epiphany and I finally started cutting out bad foods and managing my diet again.
Switched to dark coffee w/little nonfat milk at home and for 1st couple days each meal was this low sodium veggie soup I made with a friend. After that I started having regular breakfast and some fruits throughout the day. When I ran after the 1st day I already noticed a slight difference in my “stamina” lol, but was actually able to run without lagging midway through like I usually do. I’m getting really motivated now that I don’t feel as sluggish 🙂 Just need to keep pushing till I can get through the side cramps etc. as well as quit being stubborn at night when I start getting that first wave of sleepiness.
