So midway through March, I decided that I was going to step up my workout routine. Basically, I was just going to double it! Repeat what I was doing in the morning, 5-6 days out of a week. However, I’m worried that I have been over training. I am about 2 weeks into this new routine and my body feels fatigued. I’m either going to have to take a couple of days off, or do very light workouts until I feel like my body has recovered, I think. Or maybe just redesign the whole thing. I know the number one thing to keep in mind is “listen to your body.” I don’t want to get any injuries or do too much. just going to have to make sure I keep it all at the correct pace! I’m frustrated that I’m going to have to change it, because I was feeling awesome from it all, but health FIRST!
