Wow January has sped by! I’m pleased that I’ve managed to keep to my New Year’s workout pledge so far. 2010 was the first year that I’ve really seriously, regularly worked out. It made such a difference to my life and motivation. I didn’t even start working out everyday or anything like that. Just tried to make sure I kept to it a few days a week. It’s practically impossible for me to change my diet. I just love what I eat too much. I love to bake desserts and have a wicked sweet tooth, so I figured the only thing that could really change was having a workout plan!
For 2011 I have vowed to step it up a level and really improve my fitness. I’m thinking of taking up some kickboxing classes soon too!
