I’ve been trying to get more physical lately, basically trying to get myself moving any way that I can for starters. Have gone on some mighty strenuous uphill hikes almost every day for a week now and I have been surprised that no muscle soreness has set in. Well, now it has. Yesterday I hit the weights for the first time in a while and did my first pilates workout in forever. My whole stomach area is completely sore from that and my whole ass is sore from the squats and deadlifts. I’m going to go on a long uphill walk later tonight, should be fine since I usually feel that in my calves and thighs.
