So I WAS exercising hardcore and my body was looking smoking good! I was pushing myself at the gym and keeping a good mix of variety so my work outs were more productive. Then now I find myself sitting here – haven’t been to the gym in like two weeks. I get irritated at the thought that i get into it for awhile and then I fall out of it for a bit. This always happens! I guess it’s also because I have been sort of busy lately and haven’t really had the time, but it’s upsetting and makes me disappointed in myself. I have a gym membership! I’m throwing money away right now! Maybe I will change out of my funk today and go to the gym. Woot woot! Let’s hope I actually go through with it this time.
