So, I’ve decided that in order to keep my motivation levels up, I need to dedicate myself to making at happen. I think what I’m going to aim to do is everyday, I want to accomplish between 1-3 tasks. They can be big or small. Such as, I may wake up one day and say, “Today, I am going to go through my green smoothies book and make a grocery list out of the recipes.” Or, “Today, I’m going to do all the laundry in the house.” Or maybe even something I’ve been wanting to do but haven’t gotten around to, like searching through my favorite foodie blogs and writing down all the recipes I want to try, or searching through my Photoshop books and learn a new trick. The sky is the limit! It might help me not get too comfortable – or get used to sitting around on my butt when there ARE things I can do, they just aren’t typical.
From my last blog, I have started on my lists but I’m not sure they are finished. I still need to do my grocery list. I am wanting to start p90x sooo bad, but I have to get my yoga blocks and mat still, and before I can do that I have to get my bills paid. My next month of bills are going to be starting soon. It is never ending!
I might just start on a different program where I don’t need anything, just so I can take advantage of the determination I have right now, and I don’t waste it pouting about the fact that I still “need stuff” to “start stuff”. I’m such a whiny baby, lol.
Anyway – Today I accomplished doing the dishes (although I am waiting for them to finish so I can put them away), picked up all the dogs stuff that they had scattered around, and I cleaned out the fridge and got the trash ready to take out for tomorrow, and started on my lists. Not too shabby I don’t think.
I have got to start thinking of new things to blog about, lol.
