Or is attempting to cook. I’m reeeeeeeeeally bad at it. I’m restarting *cough cough* my healthy diet….I’m baking salmon right now and I’m really scared because the last time I cooked fish(which was well over a year ago) I got food poisoning…and I got it BAD. Thanks to Paula Dean for that one, I was trying to follow one of her recipes! I’m gonna get the fish outta the oven right now….
…Okay I’m shocked it is really flakey, pale and perfect. I asked my friend Luscious how I could make my salmon so that it wouldn’t come out like rubber(every time I cook meat it comes out as rubber)and she told me to drizzle both sides of the fish in olive oil, sprinkle my seasoning on top, rap it in foil and bake at 350 for 30 min. I can’t believe it worked! Next time I’m using a different seasoning, I used lemon-pepper and forgot that I hate pepper.
