Just popping in for a sec to chat about the goings on =P’
I’ve started to incorporate mainly raw foods into my diet, slowly getting rid of anything processed/cooked. My skin looks awesome! Not to mention I FEEL great. It’s amazing how your body responds to a healthy lifestyle.
Other than that.. I’m starting my yoga instructor/group fitness certification process. Should be interesting to finally get into the studio and whoop everyone into shape! Hence the focus on making myself as healthy as possible.. you can’t successfully teach a way of life if you yourself aren’t a poster child for your cause lol
