I had a great run this morning. I ran around my neighbourhood and up a road that goes up a mountain. I tell you running up and down a steep hill has to be the best workouts ever! You should try it.
So first I did a couple sprints uphill and then walked uphill. Upon coming down, I did big steps or lounges. Walking/running downhill feel much easier but if you walk slowly doing big steps and deep steps, AKA lounges, you will feel the burn after a few steps. Once I got back down the bottom on the hill, I walked back up BACKWARDS! OMG do you ever feel a burn when you walk uphill backwards. You use a different set up muscles opposed to running up hill.
I had such a great workout. I hope I ripped my sexy legs and ass to shreds!
