Soooo…. went to the beach this past weekend & after sunnin my buns in my tiny bikini, I was ready for a nice, long jog on the beach. Luckily, I threw my sports bra in my beach bag with me (HELLLO! DDs… gosh, I would have black-eyes… haha). I cannot believe how very sore my calves & achilles tendons are – and this was on Sunday. I love to have some muscle fatigue and tenderness – but this has now been for 4 annoying days. The only time it feels better is when I wear my big sexy heels (which is always).
