Halloween excitement by Natasha
September 30, 2008So it’s exactly 1 month and a day until the Halloween. I’m really excited for this year and plan on going out or doing something, unlike last year which I didn’t even pass out candy. It’s definitely different from when you’re a kid, for one thing you have a more variety of costumes and can stay out later. I haven’t picked out a costume this year and have no clue what I should be. I want to try to use my creativity to possibly put together my own costume, but knowing me I’ll probably end up procrastinating and buy one. Since my mchat is toward the end of the month (Wednesday October 23), I’m thinking of dressing up in a sexy ass costumes. If you have any ideas shoot them away

Modeling…. by DelishKarli
September 29, 2008“don’t feed the models”… ha ha!! That is, if you are a high-fashion model. Well, I feel blessed that glamour models like me – we “get” to eat — we are encouraged to be REALLLL women… curvy, soft, feminine & beautiful. Some people immediately think runway model… you know… 10 feet tall, 95 lbs – yikes!! But there’s a whole other world of modeling – which do you find sexiest!?!!

Frozen yogurt craving by Ling
Mmmm Im craving some frozen yogurt right now, you know with yummy fruits on top. Seems like thats the latest craze. So many ‘FroYo’ joints these days. Yeah thats what they are calling it…Fro for Frozen and Yo for Yogurt. But Im sure you guys figured that already. You know its crazy they can charge 4-5 bucks for these lil cups of yogurt and Im sure it just takes 50 cents or so to make. Ok Im exagerrating, but yeah they are making lotsa profit. But I guess ur paying for the experience I guess
. Especially if you wanna hang out with a friend and chat, its better to do it at those ambient yogurt places then a crummy apt right? Haha. There are like 5 near me and theres one that is the ‘It’ FroYo place. Its always soo packed! Seems like ppl go there to see and be seen and Im sure ppl have exchanged #’s or…um myspaces lol there. Im silly cause when I go to the grocery store and I wanna buy some frozen yogurt from like Dreyers it would be $4.99 or something and sometimes its on sale for $3. So I think pshtt $4.99 hell no! Yet I go buy a lil yogurt that is only a single serving for $5.
I dunno Im rambling about yogurt. Mm I want some tho. Yogurt is good for you all that yummy healthy bacteria.
Oh and if u havent noticed I lowered my NAC prices. I might lower it a few more cents too.

Hola My Sexicles by Violet
Oy I couldn’t sleep last night. Nothing new, comes and goes. I think I finally fell asleep around 11am. I’m lucky I don’t have to work a normal 9-5. I’d be totally fucked. Or on some heavy drugs.
Mmmmm my Mommy just brought me over some chicken and dumplings. That makes me sound so immature and spoiled, but she lives like 3 minutes away and she loves to cook for her family. And they always waste their leftovers, so I’m more than happy to take them off her hands. Her chicken and dumplings is like the food of the gods.
I’m starting new projects very soon. Some of you have heard what I have in mind. It’s not something I want to make hugely public as of now, because it’s not a for sure thing. It’s keeping my mind occupied big time though. Which I like. I have so many ideas and plans. I can’t wait to get started for real.
Also, I might be getting out patient treatment for some health problems I have soon. No, I’m not on my death bed. It’s not chemo or rehab or anything like that either. I don’t really want to get into it, but when it happens I might be gone for a few weeks. I’ll talk more about that when the time comes though. Just a heads up.
I’m gonna dig into my chicken and dumplings and get ready for p chats now. Hope everyone is having a great Monday. If you’re bored tonight, come holla in VIP yo!

Hello lovers!
Ohhh It’s been such a long semester at school so far! This month went by super fast, but I’ve been doing homework 24/7! This is by far the busiest semester ever! I got invited to join the Honors Fraternity today at the school though, so that was pretty flattering. I’m not sure if I’d have the time or energy to join though with everything that’s going on…
Tomorrow is the big Homecoming game! The festivities are starting at 7:00am at a local Buffalo Wild Wings. Some of my friends rented it out for “Kegs and Eggs”, so I can tell already it’s gunna be a looong day! I’ll get 5 hours of sleep if I’m lucky.
It’s getting sooo close to October 1st! I can’t wait!! I don’t have class until 5:30 on Wednesdays, so I’ll be decorating the aparment all day on the first! I’m so excited. Halloween is BY FAR my most favorite holiday! I can’t believe the time is here again already! Yay!!

September 25, 2008I am sick right now. This sucks! I woke up the other day and my throat was sore, then yesterday it was worse. Now today, my voice is gone a little bit and I have lots of stuff in my throat (Isnt that attractive? haha) Anyone wanna come and make me feel better? I have a bit of a headache also. Well I did get my hair done and I absolutely love it. I also got new glasses, so I had a very eventful weekend this past weekend. Next, I plan on saving my money for my tattoo on my back, yeayyy! But I have lots of things coming up in October/November so the tattoo might have to wait haha. These next few months are gonna be crazy, I can already tell. I have lots of plans already, and then in January, its is my 21st birthday (finally!!). So yeayyy! Well pray that I feel better please! hehe Oh and here are some pics to show you my new hair and me! Homesick booooo by Tiffany
Hey kids – days like today I want to jump on a plane and go home to Australia. I have been away from home for so long now and you would think that I would just get used to it. But no, somedays are worse than others. Most days I am fabulous but it is so hard to be so far from your loved ones and not be able to jump in the car to go hang with my sis.
You know what is harder still – is the Aussie mentality. LOL Oh how I miss the “she’ll be right mate” attitude. Now don’t get me wrong I love, love, love the States and that is why I am still here. But there truly is no place like home. :)

hectic month! by Natasha
Septembers are always hard, not only does summer come to an end, school starts back up. I guess it’s not so bad once you get into the swing of things it’s just that i miss the lazy long days that summer usually has. So this semester I’m only taking two classes but these classes are going to kick my butt. I’m taking a calligraphy class that is very challengening and may give me a callus on my finger
No pain no gain
Besides school this month has been hard. I’ve been going through a lot of personal hardships and now finally feel like things are stablizing. I definetly plan on devoting a lot more time and effort to camwithher since this place is awesome! I can honestly say I’m really looking forward to October-November can you say scarfs! Things I love about fall early winter are: hot chocolate, bundling/layering up, singing in the rain, mittens, fireplaces and nice steamy sex.
xoxo

I’m BACK!!! by Nikki Jackson
September 24, 2008Ok so I’ve been gone for a little while (MOVING..URGHHH!) Now I’m back. I have to say I LOVE my new place. It’s out in the country so I have room for all my animals including my horses. I’ve had some construction going on out at the studio I have on my property. It’s going to be a great place for me to work. I had the whole thing gutted so I had a fresh room to work with. I will even be installing a 12 bearing spinning dance pole. Can’t wait to show you guys. I hope you will all like it after it’s completed. I’m going to try my hardest to be online within a day or two but it might be kind of hard working out of my guest room. Oh well we’ll see. Hope everyone is having a fabulous week I’m off to go shopping for something new and sexy to wear when I get back online.
XOXO
Nikki

SV’s Amazon Adventure! by sweet_victoria
Although I got back a couple of days ago, I’m just now feeling completely rested.
To sum my trip up – it was a blast! Honest! Travelling there was just a pain and a half though due to one of my planes taking off nearly 5 hours late. I actually came really close to missing the boat down in Peru because of that set back. I will say all of the setbacks really made it that much more of an experience. I spent Saturday night in Mexico City – it was very different being in a place where English is not the primary language. I think I had the toughest time with that. Ya, I had Spanish in school, but it’s really different reading it in a book versus having to understand it in person. The next day, I spent almost 10 hours in Lima airport waiting to catch my next flight. Finally, I made it to my final destination in Peru that afternoon.
Because I was basically a day and a half late for my vacay, I did miss the main river boat. Instead, I took this tiny speed boat from the dock to go catch up to it. All in all, it was about an hour and a half’s ride, but finally I was on the Amazon. After talking to my coordinator back in the States, he said the only reason I actually made it down there was due to the lower levels of the Amazon which forces the river boat to move slower. Thank goodness for the dry season!
I finally made it to the river boat Monday afternoon! I was so tired – really. I have a really hard time sleeping on airplanes but I cannot sleep in airports and in the past 48 hrs, I had been awake for 32. As soon as I checked in and talked to the guides, I crashed for a couple of hours. After the nap, I went to the top side of the boat – it was basically an open area but was covered from the top. There were hammocks and rocking chairs – a place to relax. I met most of the other tourists there. They were all told of my plight and were quite jovial in nature. Super nice people!
The days kinda started to blur once I was there. I did keep a journal – and am referring to it now – but I was just so glad to be there after so much dissapointment. The days were divided like this:
7am Breakfast
830 am Boat excursion (where you take a small boat into tributaries etc) or Rainforest Hike
1pm Lunch
430pm Hike/boat tour/fishing (the activities changed in the afternoon)
7pm Dinner
9pm Late night forest hike or boat excursion
So let’s see…
On Tues morning, I took a small boat excursion into the Rio Tigrello (the Ocelot River). There were soooo mant birds – parrots, parakeets, hawks, herrings. I’m not really a bird person at all, but it was neat to see parakeets fluttering around like black birds do here. LOL I also caught a glimpse of the blue morpho butterfly and a tiny glimpse of a squirrel monkey. After lunch, I chose to do a forest hike – big mistake on my part. The hikes lasted about 2 hours and you wouldn’t believe the mud. In the pictures, you’ll see that the mud literally came up to my knees. In this hike, we were walking on the flood plains of the Amazon – parts that basically are mostly water during the rainy season. The humidity was just awful – everything was always damp. I had the AC in my cabin on all day and on full blast and still, it didn’t even touch the humidity. LOL
Later that evening, I went with the group who chose to do a night hike. It really wasn’t as muddy, but um…it was soooo creepy. All the sounds you here – various insects, frogs etc – oh man. You can’t even see 4 feet in front of you. I tripped soo much that night. Oh and spiders – they are everywhere. We were told to being a flashlight for the night excursions – you really needed them. Did you know that there are millions of spiders in the rainforest? I think I saw every single one. Ugly ones, big ones, tiny ones, bright ones…and all of them delighted in making webs that got stuck in my hair. LOL
On Wednesday, the group finally encountered it’s first reptile! And what a beauty – a 15ft Anaconda. As the boat was moving along, one of the guides noticed the village on the bank. Apparently, the guy had caught the Anaconda trying to eat his chickens or pigs…it wasn’t really clear. Anyway, his plans were to kill the snake and then sell the skin to the traders. Of course, you guys know me…and you knew that this was not going to happen – not while I was there. So, a few other tourists and myself decided to buy the snake for 15 US dollars. That roughly translates to 50 Peruvian Soles – enough to feed his family for a month. They were quite happy to take the offer. We were able to release far away from that village. There were about 10 of us in the small boat that took her upstream and she was sooo stressed out. Once we got her close to the water, however, she drank for what seemed like 10 minutes – blissfully unaware that everyone was watching and taking photos. Finally, she swam into the water and into a small hiding place. I was so happy to just be a part of the rescue.
Later that evening, I opted for the river boat ride instead of the night hike – where guess what – we saw a baby Anaconda! Oh I was loving it! We also saw a kingfisher (type of bird) sleeping and then a type of possum sneaking up on it. Very neat to watch! The other riverboat actually found an Amazon tree boa – you guys know I love my tree snakes! I was able to have the guides take lots of pix of me with it – of it in my cabin. See, they actually brought it to my door. LOL The guides really bent over backwards to ensure everyone was having a great time!
The highlight of the next day was fishing for piranha! It took forever, but I finally caught a red belly piranha. The guides were doing much better than me…catching these huge fish. Segundo – the main guide, caught this absolutely huge white piranha and he showed us the teeth – sooo scary! Oh and after we fished, I went swimming in the Amazon! The current was super strong because we were at a location where one river meets another. We stopped because it’s a great place to watch dolphins – freshwater ones. In the Amazon, there are grey dolphins (which I saw plenty of) and then the more elusive pink dolphins.
Earlier Thursday morning, I opted to take another boat excursion in the morning. This time, I saw neat little creatures called tree bats. I swear, I almost didn’t see them – they blended into the bark so well. I don’t even know how my guide saw them. I’m curious to see if you guys will see them when I post pictures. LOL Again, there were so many different kinds of birds – it sounded like a pet store – so many sounds all at once!
On Friday, Segundo explained that we would have one last jungle walk. What he forgot to mention was that it would take place in the highland forest. They call it “terra firma” because it never floods there. Hiking in the jungle is really hard. You sweat allll the bug spray off in minutes, but I have never sweat so much in my life than on that last hike. When he said highland – he meant it. The trail went up over logs and down hill dramatically. It really wasn’t muddy, but the last hurrah of the journey took my group up this really steep incline. I did have a walking stick, but at the time, I was letting someone else use it. You gotta be really careful when you grab twigs for leverage because you never know whats hiding on them. There were two types of ants that we were warned about – army ants and bullet ants. The former are very territorial of their tree – we had one girl just brush up against a branch they were on and a mass of them just stung her repeatedly. She said the sting was similar to a fire ant. Needless to say, I looked twice before I put my hand anywhere.
That evening, everyone started packing because by Saturday morning at 6am, everyone had to be off the boat.
During Saturday afternoon, several members of the group had opted to take a tour of a market street where we docked. I kinda regret doing that now. I’ve never really been around poverty before, so it was really hard for me. The houses (read huts) are raised off the ground to accommodate mass flooding during the rainy season. The guide explained it as the Floating City. The market itself smelled horribly…the pollution in the water, the fish in the market, the smell of sewage etc. In the market, all the natives sell everything from freshly caught piranha to apple bananas. We even saw where they sold baby caimen/parakeets/tortoises for what we assume was food. You wouldn’t believe the skin/fur trade. In fact, one lady tried to sell me an ocelot skin for 20 us Dollars. No thanks. I’d rather have it alive..haha
All in all – it was a trip I’ll never forget. I’m really glad to be home now. I felt like I’ve been sick since I left though – eating different foods and drinking coke made with different water. I’m glad to get a good night’s rest! LOL
I’ll be posting pictures in a bit! So keep your eyes peeeeeled!

Fall by lisaneils
I can’t believe summer is over.
I have finally started school again. Wooo. That’s sarcasm by the way. I hate having to spend over $150 on a stinkin’ book. Sure, now they make online books… but guess what?? They cost the same as the hardcovers!!! I’ve got 15 units, quite a full load, and a part time job, AND CWH! Oye!
There’s so much going on right now outside my own busy life. A presidential election (a close one at that!), a severe bear market with companies getting bailed out left and right, the holidays, etc! Has life always been this way or am I just begining to become aware of my surroundings???
Catch me on pchats in the afternoons and evenings to release our stress
