So im trying to live a healithier lifestyle, I work from home and I spend most of my days sleeping, eating and working. I woke up this morning and ran… wow, im awfull!! I used to be a really good runner in school, not so much in speed… more of a distance runner. I felt like a smoker, but im not lol. Im going to try to make a habit of this and we will see how much I improve down the road.
I hate the ppl living upstairs, they’re always banging on things… I keep thinking someones knocking on my door!
