I am seriously feeling like crap about myself again and I am thinking about seriously getting my butt into gear and eating better. I know some of you are reading this and thinking “yeah right” and you are probably right, I will eat better for a week and then fall apart and eat crap again. I have eaten out everyday since I got back from my vacation!! that is so unhealthy and not to mention expensive.
SO I think I will start keeping track of what I am eating and hope that it will help me… I am 118 and would like to be around 110 again like I was.
