My body has been going through changes the past year. My metabolism has actually slowed down some, which means I have to work harder to look the way I desire. This is definitely a challenge for me considering I’m a busy, busy girl. Work has my days filled and school keeps me busy at night. My schedule makes me feel alive, however, I need to give myself more “me” time to keep my body healthy and in shape. Why does this seem impossible? Working out is just as important as making money or studying, however, it seems to be last on my list. Well, I recently got a gym membership that only costs me $30. If I go a minimum of 12 times my insurance company will deduct $20. Now that’s a pretty sweet deal.

Since I got my gym membership, I’ve been listening to podcasts again. There are actually some good running podcasts out there! Here are some of my favorites:

Podcasts for Running

This one isn’t for exercising, but it’s a good podcast/show. Check out: Man & Wife It’s sex and relationship advice from Fatman Scoop and his Wife. This show is hilarious and raw! Check it out. I promise it wont disappoint.
