So I’ve been trying to stay motivated to going to the gym (and succeeded) but it’s hard because I have to walk 45 minutes there and the subway line that goes there is under construction. Normally I would bike but I am being so picky with my bike purchase. I want to buy a used one to save me some cash, but I keep only finding new ones I like. Maybe I should just suck it up. Anyway I don’t mind walking even, but often when I’m going it’s when the daily thunderstorms we’ve been having lately are happening. Soooo….I’ve been trying to get my butt out of the door a little earlier so that I’m home before all that!
I bought a pasta roller and taught myself how to make pasta. I am allergic to wheat and even though I can have it sometimes if I eat it more than once every week or two I start to get sick. The organic store sells spelt spaghetti and penne, but I’ve been craving tortellini or raviolli or something lately. I bought this and used spelt flour to make my own ravioli! Not only does it not make me sick but it tastes a million times better than store ravioli! Soooo exciting!
