Today I had:
most of a 1/2 lb grilled burger with only the bottom part of the burger bun, mushrooms, onions, lettuce, tomato, jalapenos and banana peppers
6 handfuls of roasted chick peas with lime and chili powder.
1 pecan sandie shortbread cookie
2 jolly ranchers.
at least 64 ounces of water.
oh, in case you were wondering why Im doing this…It helps me keep track of my diet and forces me to eat more because it’s sad if I ever post that all I drank was water all day long. which Ive done before. But Ive been advised to keep track of my diet in my journal, so I figure blogging it would work just as well. 😉
