so I have felt completely sluggish and out of shape lately and I have gained a few pounds so I have decided I need to eat better and take better care for myself. I’m a vegetarian but I eat alot of junk food. I bought a book with raw food recipes so I am going to experiment a little :)… the diet restricts anything that has ever been heated over room temperature and anything that isn’t natural. I don’t think its practical to only eat raw foods… I love chocolate and milk way too much :). I made soup last night from the book and it was really good… strange ingredients and you had to eat it cold because heating is not allowed… So I’m going to try another recipe tonight for dinner and see how it goes…. 🙂 wish me luck!
