I’m sore. Really sore. I had a wicked workout at the gym today. Lots of weights and only 50 minutes of cardio. I’ve cut back the cardio and added more weight sessions hoping to build more muscle. I’ve been convinced that I need more protein too so I’ve up my intake on that. Just a couple of weeks and I already notice a nice difference. Thanks to all who gave me advice.
So, who’s gonna give me a massage? I really like it when you use your thumbs and dig right into the muscle on both sides of my spine and pinch down all the way to my bum. Mmmm.. Kind of turns me on too.
Anyhoo, on Monday August 7th, I will be having cheap pchats from 9pm-whenever.. Gotta outfit you want me to wear? Request it now so I can make sure I have it around. Otherwise I’ll just wear sexy stuff anyways. :p
