Isn’t it funny how when life shits on you it motivates you to get off your butt and make some changes? My grandmother calls it “the fighter’s way” Some people take a negative frame of mind when everything doesn’t go there way. I am defintely guilty of doing just that in my past, but after awhile you realize that if you continue to let life knock you down you’re just going to end up in the same patterns, time and time again. I recently went through a seperation with someone very very important to me. For a long time I kept trying to make the ends meet persay with the reletionship. When he would give 30% I would give 70%, when he gave 10% I would give 80%. How exhausting. So, I decided enough is enough. I’m taking time to make myself happy and next time around if the other party isn’t giving atleast 50% I’m not gonna waste my time.
LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO BE MISERABLE AND STRESSED OUT ALL THE TIME!
If there is things in your life that make you sad, angry, miserable and stressed.. change them. Thats what I have decided to do and I have accepted that fact that its not going to be easy. Its never easy to fall out of a routine no matter what kind of routine it is.
With that said.. today is day 1 of the rest of my life and I’m taking heed to the oppurtunity. What are you going to change on the 1st day of the rest of your life?
